Robert is Highspot’s co-founder and CEO, leading our mission to transform the way millions of people work. Prior to founding Highspot in 2012, Robert spent more than 15 years as Corporate Vice President of the Server and Tools Division at Microsoft. A veteran entrepreneur, he also co-founded Colusa, a cross-language virtual machine that was acquired by Microsoft in 1996.
Oliver, our co-founder and Chief Solution Architect, is passionate about partnering with customers to solve their growth and enablement challenges. Oliver has co-founded multiple companies, including Colusa, which was acquired by Microsoft, and iTurf, which he helped take public in 1999. Oliver is also the author of the industry’s definitive guide to sales enablement.
As co-founder and Chief Product Officer, David oversees all aspects of design, product management, engineering, and operations. Before Highspot, David brought a number of products to market at Microsoft, including Windows NT, Office, and Visual Studio, and served as Partner Architect for Windows Azure.
As Vice President of Revenue Strategy, Haley leads enablement, operations, and analytics for Highspot’s global go-to-market teams. In addition, she leads the company’s account development team focused on pipeline generation. She combines a passion for developing the next generation of leaders with deep go-to-market expertise. Haley’s leadership builds on proven marketing and sales experience from several notable Fortune 500 companies, spanning consumer products, commercial real estate, marketing, and advertising.
Peter leads Highspot’s Trust Strategy, ensuring our customers’ security and privacy on the enablement industry’s most trusted platform. He combines a passion for trustworthy computing with deep technical expertise honed through more than 15 years of working with some of the largest technology, telecom, and finance companies on their information security practices. Peter most recently led security engineering for publicly-traded Smartsheet and prior to Smartsheet helped lead product security at Facebook. Earlier in his career, he was vice president at leading security consultancy iSEC Partners and worked at Microsoft during the company’s formation of the trustworthy computing initiative.
Matt brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience to our company. Prior to Highspot, Matt held sales executive roles at Verisign, Teneros, Neustar, and, most recently, at Sunrun, where he scaled the company from a venture-funded startup through a successful IPO in 2015.
Gwen empowers our customers to harness the power of sales enablement and achieve maximum returns. Her more than 15 years of experience as a customer success leader include time as Chief Operating Officer at New Alchemy, and Vice President of Customer Service at both Ascentis and PayScale.
Jon leads marketing, community, and the partner ecosystem. Jon directed numerous go-to-market teams over 18 years at Microsoft, including a tenure as general manager of business operations for Microsoft’s international headquarters in Paris, France. Prior to Highspot, Jon served as vice president of the Adobe Document Cloud.
Jason leads our creative arm, keeping product and marketing efforts visually aligned and consistent. Jason has more than 20 years’ experience conceptualizing and designing enterprise brands and technologies for several large Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Starbucks, VMware, and EMC.
Chris oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, and other business operations. Prior to Highspot, Chris held a variety of roles at Amazon including accounting lead for AWS, coordinator of Amazon’s worldwide accounting close, and as a leader within the SEC reporting and policy team. Most recently, Chris built the accounting team and operations infrastructure at Porch.com.
Jake is responsible for driving market expansion and growth through the Highspot ecosystem of strategic alliances and partnerships. Jake has held various roles focused on new market development and revenue growth throughout his career. Prior to Highspot, Jake led product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Apptio’s top-grossing products through its successful IPO. Jake has also held leadership positions at K2 Software, Microsoft, and IBM, as well as multiple startup and early-stage ventures.
Matt manages our legal affairs and regulatory compliance. Previously, he served as Vice President and Head of Legal Affairs at System1, where he established the legal team and guided the sale of the company to an eventual acquisition by a private equity firm. Before System1, Matt served as Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Blucora (NASDAQ: BCOR) and Director of Legal at Support.com (NASDAQ: SPRT).
Eric leads our information technology, enterprise applications, and facilities/workplace strategy teams. With more than 15 years of experience building technical teams, work cultures, and technology infrastructure to modernize business operations for maximum efficiency and productivity, Eric is passionate about scaling companies through hyper-growth. Eric previously led cross-functional teams at Redfin (NASDAQ: RDFN) and Big Fish Games.
Jeremy leads the Engineering Operations & Reliability organization, responsible for operational excellence, quality, and reliable delivery of Highspot’s products. Jeremy also manages community partnerships and internship programs focused on building a more inclusive, diverse tech industry. Prior to Highspot, Jeremy has managed people and projects in companies of all sizes including FedEx, EMC, and Seattle-based startup Moz.
Andy leads our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) operations. Prior to joining Highspot, Andy was most recently Vice President of Enterprise Sales for EMEA at DocuSign. While at DocuSign, he helped build out a new go-to-market approach that delivered in 2.5x growth. Previous sales leadership roles included Oracle, Responsys, and Yext, where he helped lead a successful IPO.
Steve leads Highspot’s use of emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, to deliver maximum customer value. A passionate and experienced technologist, Steve was most recently a technical fellow at Microsoft. While at Microsoft, Steve was responsible for some of Microsoft’s largest and most important open source initiatives, including the Fluid Framework and TypeScript. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
As the Vice President of Product Marketing, Jarod is responsible for empowering Highspot’s go-to-market teams to command category leadership. Prior to Highspot, Jarod was a product marketing leader at Cherwell and led go-to-market, thought leadership, and analyst relations at Apptio, where his work yielded a $1.9B equity purchase by Vista Equity Partners. Earlier in his career, Jarod was a Gartner analyst covering the ITSM market.
Lucas leads Highspot’s Corporate Marketing team, including communications, content marketing, demand generation, and events. He is an authentic marketing leader and storyteller with a track record of driving high performance for marketing teams at hyper-growth startups and publicly traded technology leaders. Earlier in his career, Lucas served in a range of marketing roles at Isilon Systems through the company’s 2006 initial public offering and eventual $2 billion acquisition by EMC in 2010.
As Highspot’s Chief People Officer, Amy’s work is centered around enhancing the journey for every person and driving business outcomes that start with the employee experience. Amy has brought her passion for building thriving cultures and designing well-intentioned employee experiences to the forefront of companies over the past 25 years. She has worked in both small and large tech companies where scaling for high growth has been a key theme. Her professional experiences include building HR service delivery for a Fortune 100 company, leading M&A centers of expertise, and developing talent strategies to execute business success. Most recently, Amy was Chief People Officer for locally headquartered Bungie Studios and prior to that Amy held a variety of leadership roles at VMWare.
Kelly leads Highspot’s revenue enablement team with more than 15 years of experience in revenue leadership and technology sales. She joined from Amwell, where she led the revenue strategy, enablement, and inside sales teams through the 2020 IPO. Kelly’s leadership builds on proven sales and marketing experience at leading healthcare IT organizations, including Cerner Corporation and Perceptive Software (now Hyland).
With expertise gained from prior roles at Microsoft, Twitter, and Weibo, John leads Highspot’s core engineering team that builds the world’s only natively built enablement platform powered by the latest big data and AI technologies. As the General Manager at Weibo, John led a team of more than 300 software engineers, data scientists, product managers, operations managers, and UX designers, where he was responsible for a technology portfolio that contributed 90 percent of Weibo’s total revenue, equaling $1.5 billion annual revenue.
As a global product and technology leader, Arvind leads Highspot’s product management team, focused on accelerating product innovation and solving complex customer challenges. Arvind brings an entrepreneurial spirit and more than 20 years of experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to set product vision and strategy. Previously at Compass, Expedia Group, and Microsoft, he built and led teams to successfully incept and ship innovative products to solve the customer need and deliver tangible business results that impact the bottom line.
Julie has spent more than 20 years building effective customer-facing teams as a customer success leader at DocuSign, Oracle, Responsys, and Yesmail. Having experienced how critical effective employee enablement is for landing a company’s strategic initiatives, Julie’s focus is on delighting customers and helping them achieve value-driven results with Highspot.
With more than 15 years of experience shaping high-performing cultures at companies including MetLife, Cognizant, Conagra Brands, and Advocate Aurora Health System, Jyl has led change initiatives by challenging organizations to move beyond dialogue and into action around topics of diversity, power, privilege, and allyship. At Highspot, her mission is to empower every employee to own the creation and evolution of inclusion and belonging. Jyl holds a Communications & Organizational Leadership degree from Purdue University, a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University, and she was conferred by Colorado Technical University with a Master of Business Administration degree.
Steve Hallowell is the Vice President of Strategic Services at Highspot. Before Highspot, he led Sales Enablement, Strategy, and Ops teams at Snowflake, MuleSoft / Salesforce, and Responsys. Steve is focused on helping revenue organizations reach their full performance potential. He has particular experience in helping sales teams transform themselves to meet the demands of hyper growth.
Steve works closely with Highspot customers to help them use enablement as a strategic growth engine. He is also active in the broader enablement community as a speaker, advocate, and mentor.
